How to Ask Questions

Welcome to the repository for howtoaskquestions.com, a resource designed to provide quick, linkable advice on how to ask effective questions, particularly in technical forums.

This site is inspired by resources like dontasktoask.com, xyproblem.info, and the article How To Ask Questions The Smart Way by Eric S. Raymond and Rick Moen.

Deployment

This repository uses Hugo as a static site generator to build and manage the website's content. Forgejo Actions builds every push and publishes it to Cloudflare Pages: main goes live on howtoaskquestions.com, and other branches get their own preview URL.

Contributing

Contributions are welcome! Feel free to open issues or submit pull requests to improve the content or functionality of the site.
